This folder contains the output of NEFI for each experiment based on a given pipeline and a config file.

Each experiment folder contains the details of the expected pipeline. In particular it will have the input images, the segmented images and the results of graph detection, i.e. the actual graphs and the graphs drawn on-top of the input image for visual inspection. 

We strongly advice to check the result of the graph detection carefully, because it is not guaranteed to produce results of sufficient quality always.
