This folder contains the output of NEFI for each experiemtn based on two inputs. 

1) The raw image data of a given experiment that has been preprocessed according to its config file. I.e. the usable subsequence was selected and within this sequence everything outside a defined region of interest was cropped away. Alternatively a given experiment was declared unusable and ignored.

2) A pipeline file that specifies the settings for NEFI.

This folder contains two subfolders, high and low, corresponding to the execution of NEFI with two different pipelines but with the same input input images. Since the effect of different pipelines is dramatic, experimentation is necessary to obtain graphs that capture the effects one aims to study.
