Mehlhorn This collection of data documents various characteristic properties of networks of the slime mold Physarum Polycephalum in detail. All observables described in the manuscript mentioned above can be found. In addition to that, detailed results of all numerical experiments are given. This includes raw data and plots for all available observables computed for all available data series, down to the level of individual graphs. The data can be used to gain a qualitative understanding of many aspects of the slime mold P. polycephalum. We hope that our data will proof useful in future research efforts.
